I bought this property in 2007, and it has been a short-term rental ever since. In the early years it had no online presence at all — guests found it through the community website, and bookings were thin.
In 2014 I listed on Airbnb and things changed. I renovated the villa and worked with an interior designer to make every room as beautiful as the view outside it. Now I'm seeing something better than growth: guests coming back.
